Beyond the Obstacle
Relationships are important. The most important relationship is with yourself.
In the year 2025, there is so much content. I wish I could sound even more hyperbolic, but information overload.
I love understanding systems and processes.. I’m currently focusing on how to process your feelings. When there is a bump in the road how do you move on? Is it challenging to move on? Is it a communication or intimacy issue?
Are you having the same fight? Living parallel lives? Breakup? What is your pain in the relationship?
What are my red flags of being triggered?
- Large reaction
- Shutting down
- Black and white thinking – all or nothing; use of imagery
- Feeling I’m right
- Coping strategies
Step 1: Identify you are being triggered. What am I being triggered back to? Be curious. Be a detective. Release the emotion around the trigger. What are you feeling in your head or in your body? Do you make a sound? Does it feel good to share what you felt back then? Is there a block?
Step 2: How is the current situation different? Yes, the past could remind you of the present, but is there a difference? Maybe you did end up in the present with the past person. There could be a lot of projections. Let’s concretize details. I am not a child anymore. The pain I felt back then feels like today, but there is space and a difference. Just having the space to talk about it is a large difference.
Step 3: The now. The patterns can be revealed. To be accountable. To be honest. To be vulnerable. To own the issue. What do I need right now? Apology? Classification? Does something need to change?

Growth Unlocked
Love is real. Hope is real. Change is real. Life is circuitous and creative and can appear linear.
I have faith. I believe in God. Is “god” capitalized or not. I think having values, beliefs and a philosophy is important. Usually what is derived from this tree are rules or ways of being. I support all of them. My main issue is when these rule are used to divide and separate people from each other and from themselves.
I can go at length at the issue of language, diction and hegemony, but I rather focus on what is faith. I have had faith since I was born. I relied on my faith to live to move to get up when I was on the ground. I do pause and reflect. Can all this be attributed to a god in a logical, rationale way?
Absolutely, not. Hence, I have faith. It’s my feeling that I’m here for a reason. It’s my faith that God is here. God being defined as a nonpersonal, nondenominational, nondualistic. God is dog backwards. It’s beyond words and forms. There is no personal relationship.
Often, I’m asked then what happens when you die? I do not honestly know as I have yet to die in this life. I do have speculations, but the lens I use is based on faith.

Collaboration Magic
Progress is necessary. Perfection is not needed.
The worse pain is the self-inflicted one. Ahh, pain how you are a teacher?
Can we become comfortable being uncomfortable?
Can we agree to disagree?
Can two truths be true at the same time?
I don’t believe in dualism and that things are black or white. Also, I don’t believe in gray. I believe in rainbows and ultimately the true color is clear and dependent on the lens. One lens that I have been playing with is the 5 stages of grief.

Teamwork Triumphs
Peace. Love. Unity. Power
Love is the answer. The opposite of love is it hate? I think the opposite of love is not hate. It’s apathy. In a romantic comedy, love always wins. Obstacles fill the path to love, but in the end love conquers.
I understand love through my two children. I can be verbose on how loving and wonderful they are, but I think that’s better served on another focused post. I do love them and they are amazing.
Love is everywhere, but probably like Stevie Wonder once sang, love is sometimes in need of love as well.

Adaptive Advantage
Dynamic Equilibrium
There are 25 letters in the English alphabet. I learned them all. A to Z. There are 25 letter in the English alphabet. I have said this long enough that I almost believe that there are 25 letters in the English alphabet.
Now, I remember there are 26 letters in the English alphabet. It’s not that I forgot this letter. It’s not that I never understood this letter.
I just wasn’t able to use this letter with.
It’s the letter “N.” The letter “N” is between M, N, and O.
If I combine, the N with the O.
I now, know.
NO!
